Refund & Exchange Policy

At Prunelle, we want you and your pet to love your purchase. As all our products are handmade, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an error from our end.

Exchanges/Refunds are only accepted in the following cases:
You received the wrong item
You received a damaged or defective product
The item received does not match your confirmed order

To request an exchange or refund, please contact us on WhatsApp at 9663841133 from the phone number used while placing the order within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund/credit note.

Important Notes:
Items must be unused and in saleable condition, with no pet residue (hair, food particles, or dirt)
Products couriered back without approval will not be accepted
Color variations or personal preference (including random color selections) are not considered valid reasons for exchange
Size issues due to incorrect selection are not eligible for exchange or refund

Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us
A flat fee of ₹150 will be charged to ship the replacement item back to the customer
